1. 서비스 성격 / Nature of the service
AcuZen Practice는 한의사·침구사를 위한 차팅 보조 도구입니다. 전자의무기록(EHR)이 아니며, 의료기기나 진단 도구가 아닙니다. AcuZen Practice is a charting assistant for acupuncturists — not an EHR, medical device, or diagnostic tool.
2. PHI Handling Policy
AcuZen Practice operates on infrastructure covered by HIPAA Business Associate Agreements (BAA) with Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform. PHI is handled under two principles:Storage & Display — Permitted
Clinical information including patient name (in dedicated name fields) is stored in BAA-covered databases and displayed only to the practitioner who entered it. All patient record access is recorded in an audit log.AI Transmission — Prohibited (permanent hard rule)
SOAP generation requests sent to AI (Anthropic Claude) never include patient identifying information. Patient names, dates of birth, addresses, phone numbers, social security numbers, and similar direct identifiers are excluded from AI payloads.Practitioner Responsibility
Do not enter patient identifying information in the following fields — text in these fields is sent to AI:• "Today's visit notes" free-text field• "Patient report" / "Doctor's observations" free-text fields• Other clinical free-text fieldsEnter patient names only in the dedicated "Patient name" field. Values in this field are never sent to AI.
3. AI 생성물의 검토 / Review of AI output
AI가 생성한 SOAP 노트는 초안이며 부정확할 수 있습니다. 사용 전 반드시 면허 보유 임상가가 검토·수정해야 합니다. AI output is a draft that may be inaccurate and must be reviewed and edited by a licensed clinician before use.
4. 사용자 책임 / Your responsibility
서비스는 사용자 본인의 임상적·법적 책임 하에 사용됩니다. 작성된 기록의 정확성, 적법성, 보관 의무는 사용자에게 있습니다. You use the service under your own clinical and legal responsibility.
5. 데이터 처리 / Data processing
데이터는 Azure(US West, HIPAA-eligible 인프라)에 저장되며, AI 처리는 Anthropic Claude API를 통합니다. 자세한 내용은 개인정보 처리방침을 참고하세요. AcuZen Practice operates under signed HIPAA Business Associate Agreements (BAA) with the infrastructure providers listed above.
6. 서비스 변경·중단 / Changes & termination
베타 단계로 기능이 변경되거나 중단될 수 있으며, 약관 위반·부정 사용 시 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다. As a beta, features may change or be discontinued; access may be suspended for misuse.
7. 베타 안내 / Beta notice
본 서비스는 클로즈 베타이며 가용성·정확성에 대한 보증을 제공하지 않습니다 ("as is"). This service is a closed beta provided "as is" without warranties.
